Scott Pfohlman spent his entire life in construction — master woodworker, professional welder, and eventually nearly two decades as a superintendent at Hernandez Builders Inc., running federal projects across DoD installations, GSA facilities, and CBP stations throughout California and the Southwest. When HBI chose to exit the industry, it left behind a team with deep federal relationships, verified past performance, and no intention of stopping. Scott brought that experience — and those relationships — to Treska Corp, where he serves as Director of Operations and the company’s primary field lead and estimator.

Trevor Turner spent 16 years as an electrician before founding Hole Shot Electric LLC in 2020 — running it as a sole operator for three years and learning every dimension of what it means to be a contractor: the bids, the subcontractor relationships, the schedules, and the accountability that comes with owning a scope. His career spans aerospace and defense facilities, hospitals, commercial tenant improvements, and high-end residential work. When the opportunity to launch Treska Corp arose, Trevor obtained his Class B General Contractor license and became President, bringing hands-on technical depth and a builder’s understanding of every trade.

Kayla Pfohlman holds a BS in Marine Biology from Scripps Institution of Oceanography and an MBA completed in just over six months. Her background spans biotech research and project management before she joined the construction industry in 2023 as operations manager for Hole Shot Electric. When Treska Corp was founded, she stepped into the CEO role with a clear mandate: build the kind of company the trades industry rarely sees — one that pairs decades of field credibility with rigorous operational discipline, financial accountability, and honest client communication.

The goal from day one has been federal contracting, with a growing presence in aerospace facilities and commercial construction.
